Recently...

Greetings!

Here I am to give you an update on the Fry and his recent activities in the last month!

Here he is all smiley and whatnot. He is usually too in awe of the camera to smile, so this is somewhat or a rare moment!

He has started getting pretty rolly-polly.

Don't be fooled! Though it looks like he's in mid-roll, he actually laid and played like this for quite some time.

On his tummy, just the way he likes it.

Lately, he likes to read the paper!

There are so many good deals in the coupon section...

Sometimes he just needs to take a break and watch some TV.

He has also started eating solids! He doesn't sit up well enough for a chair yet so we just put him in his swing.

He loves to eat squash!

We got all dressed up for Easter Sunday!

Mom makes a strange face as she tries to smile for the camera and take a picture at the same time. The Fry is ready for a nap.

Unfortunately, we had an accident at church and had to change our shirt. Then we went out for a picnic lunch that lasted maybe ten minutes. It's still cold in Minnesota! Here we are at Hyland Reserve, out for a nature walk. We walked past all kinds of rich-people houses and there was even a manhole! There was lots of nature, it just didn't feel that...natural.

And as I promised...

FOOD!!!!

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup fresh whole-leaf spinach, rinsed and ripped into pieces
cayenne
salt and pepper
Miracle Whip
Mustard
two slices of bread

Method
1. Fry the eggs and break the yolks, but don't scramble
2. Salt and pepper to taste
3. Put the spinach on top of the eggs
4. Put a dash or two of cayenne
5. Fold the egg in half
6. Cook on both sides, but not too long
7. Put miracle whip on one slice of bread and mustard on the other; put the egg in side the bread
8. Eat the Sandwich! It is heavenly!! You will love it.

I made this sandwich for PapaFish on his first day of his new job. Then I made one for myself for lunch on the same day. We both reported that it was an amazing success! But, you know...we're weird food people.

Peace!
